Benefits for you: We bear the delivery costs. You’ll receive our shipments within 4 to 9 working days of ordering. In case of any delays we’ll get in touch with you right away. You can check the delivery status of a shipment at any time: Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with dispatch confirmation. You can enter the tracking number contained in this email on the DHL, UPS or DPD sites to find out the current status of your shipment. If the parcel carrier misses you, they will inform you in a short written message. As a rule, the logistical service provider will try to deliver the parcel to you on 3 consecutive days.
Also a possible return is free of charge for you.
You have ordered by DHL or UPS: Great! A corresponding label for free return is already in your package.
You have ordered by DPD: Please request a return label for free return. To do so, write an e-mail to email@example.com and include your order or invoice number. Or you can simply call us: Tel 0049 - (0)2296 - 9812 - 390. We will send you a DHL return label by e-mail, which you can print out.
This is how it continues:
Please pack the pants(s) and stick your return label on the package. Take your package to a drop-off point of the shipping company from which you have the label.
DHL: Take the package to the nearest post office or drop-off location: www.parcelshopfinder.com
UPS: Take the package to the nearest UPS Access Point. You can find it here: www.ups.com. UPS alternatively offers the possibility to pick up the package at your location. Book your pickup appointment here: wwwapps.ups.com.
Once the package is received and inspected, we will immediately refund your money via the original payment method. If you have not previously made a payment, the credit will only be used to adjust your invoice amount. It is not necessary to fill out a return slip. Do you have any questions or would you like to place a repeat order? No problem! Write us an e-mail or simply give us a call.
You will be directly transferred to PayPal for payment via an SSL connection at the end of the order process. Only after this is your order completed. The amount will be taken directly from your PayPal account at the time of ordering.
You don’t need to register, or have a credit card. You can pay securely, simply and quickly with your online bank account. The amount will be taken directly from your online bank account at the time of ordering.
If you’re paying by credit card, the amount will be reserved on your credit card when you place your order (so-called authorisation). This will be carried out by Unzer GmbH. The necessary personal data for this will be saved locally in a protected mask by this service provider. MEYER-HOSEN AG will not save your credit card details. Your credit card will actually be charged when we send the goods to you.
